idk where to put a rant
Why the f*ck does everyone have to flame people who do not have a good grasp of the English language?
I met this guy at DBRX and he seemed to be OK...... nothing jumped out at me that he was a crazy person....
If you don't have anything to say that can help him... just shut the f*ck up for a change!
Just my two cents worth!

Did you blow into a breathalyzer? If not and you hadn't been drinking, why the hell did you plead guilty?
BTW, you need to work on your English.

I am going to assume that by benadryl, you mean the non-prescription, over the counter allergy capsules. I use those from time to time to help with my spring time allergies. They don't impair you to the extent that you would get a DUI... Well maybe if you took a handful, but then that's on you.
What I take from this is that you got pulled over, something lead them to arrest you for DUI. Simply saying that you took a non-prescription allergy pill should not be cause for this. (I am going to assume that something you took/drank between 10pm when you took the pill and 2am when you got pulled over had something to do with this. Or potentially you were just tired and had the appearance of someone under the influence. Or, the cops truly were in the wrong and improperly arrested you.) Then instead of pleading innocent and posting bail, you decide to plead guilty, at which point you are now guilty no matter what actually happened.
Then you lose you license and job due to the DUI which you plead guilty to. I understand that this would suck big time.
Then you get into a loud argument with your girlfriend, the neighbors call the police for a domestic disturbance/abuse, and the police pick you up for domestic disturbance/abuse. As for the sword, I have no idea, I wish you luck on getting whatever that is, sorted out. The last thing you need is an assault with a deadly weapon charge.
It sounds like you are going through a bit of a rough time, I hope that you can get everything sorted out. As for getting the report records, I don't know what the procedures in you state are, but I am sure that if you go through the right channels, you can get them.
I do understand the frustration some people have with cops, especially when the cops are enforcing the laws that they are violating. (rolling stops sure are dumb tickets, but it is not their job to decide which laws to enforce.) The fact is that the large majority of police officers are honestly trying to uphold the law as well as they can. If you work with them, they will often try to work with you. That said, I will admit that there is a percentage, however small that either got into law enforcement for the wrong reasons, or somewhere along the line got tainted in some way. These guys shouldn't be police officers, and they certainly are not doing anyone a service by being cop.
It is had to tell exactly what happened in your situation, partly because it is hard to read, and partly because we are probably only getting part of one side of the story, but I honestly wish you luck getting everything sorted, and getting back on track.
ESL or just slow ?
So the police made you drive while impaired on meds?
When your balls drop and you learn to be a man perhaps take responsibility for your actions.
With writing skills like you demonstrated is anybody surprised by the fact he cannot secure employment?

Biggest issue is that he pleaded guilty just because he didn't want to sit in a cell with some whiny cellmates. The hell??
A LOT of white guys in my high school classes couldn't write nearly as well as most new foreign students.
Back on the subject, you should have pleaded not guilty, gotten out on bail, hired a lawyer and gone to court; unless you were not granted bail for some reason, but that's unlikely.

You made one stupid mistake, that I hope everyone in this thread, including you never do again...NEVER EVER TALK TO POLICE. You have no obligation, in any state, to answer any questions, to talk to them, or to even look at them.
Next, NEVER roll your window down more than a 1/4 inch. That is enough room for the paperwork to go through, and you can hear the cop.
Next, all modern smart phones have voice/video recording, and/or audio recording. USE IT. It is legal in almost every state, and those states that it IS illegal, it gets thrown out of court. Police have no expectation of privacy, EVER, when on duty.
Your experience would have been VERY different if you did all of the above.
THERE IS A REASON WHY THE PHRASE IS "ANYTHING YOU SAY WILL BE HELD AGAINST YOU.
Want an example?
Son, did you have anything to drink tonight?
Yes officer I did.
Charlie, arrest this guy for a DWI!
But officer, all I drank is water!!!
You have NOTHING to gain by answering a question. Everything a cop asks you is designed to get RAS or PCause. For instance...
Son, how are you doing tonight?
Great officer...
1) Scenario one...."great officer" on a friday night means, you were having fun, and having fun is probably drinking...bingo, probable cause.
2) Scenario two...."not to bad officer...." Whoa sonny, smells like you've been drinking...bingo, probable cause.
When a cop asks a random seemingly friendly question, it still has intent to establish PC. In the above case, simply opening your mouth (letting a cop smell your breath) is enough to establish probable cause.
Now, take my example.
In court....
Officer, you arrested this man for a dui correct? Yes, correct. How did you establish that? I smelled it on him. Did the defendant talk to you? No (you have it on camera remember, he can't lie.) How did you smell his breath with his mouth closed? Case dismissed.
EVEN IF you were drunk as a skunk, as long as the evidence was obtained illegally, which in your case it would have been if you kept your mouth shut, the case would have been thrown out. Know your rights.

ummmmmmmmmmm while I agree with most of the above, the one thing I disagree with is the not rolling down the window. I am going to roll down my window all the way, if they feel I am disrespecting them or dont trust them, they are going to try and f@#k me even harder.
edit: just reread it, I guess it works for this case so they dont smell you. But here is to hoping that people dont actually use it to get away with driving drunk
