If A Girl Came Onto You

Sometimes I feel bad for guys, in the sense that society in general expects them to make the first move.
All of the weight of approaching a woman is largely on their shoulders, with rejection being something that they have to take.
So.... how would you guys feel if a woman came onto you (aggressively or not), asked you out, made the first move, showed you she was interested by doing more than smiling and batting her lashes?
Would you be turned on/off, intimidated, apprehensive?

I have white girls come up to me and ask me out. I was fine with that. However, no Asian girls, at least not in my experience, would ever come up to me. They would stare and stuff, but they would never come up. I've always had to come up to them, but it's fine, as long as I could tell that they're interested by staring/looking at me.

Asian girls are much more timid and modest when it comes to such stuff.
Just for clarity, I'm not asking this question as a reference to myself.
I've never been, and I doubt I will be - the type of girl that makes the first move.
I'm asking this mainly out of curiousity.
