This is all a bit confusing. What was she complaining to the police about?

that initial "search" was illegal. The warrant was to cover their ass. A lawyer would probably be able to get everyone off the hook for this, but I think you should let your druggie roommate get taken out. I wouldn;t want to be living with one anyway.

Yea; from the gallon bags that the owner said are near an emptied out bag, looks like he had pounds upon pounds.

Owner is looking for another roommate now and this one hasn't been around since then, but his car disappeared from Sunday night to this morning, so

She complained/cried to her brother that I hurt her in some way, and he called the police and said there was a "domestic disturbance" or "domestic abuse", I'm not sure the exact wording he used.

How the hell did you not smell it if he had pounds upon pounds? And yes, he did break the gold rule of never selling where you stay. Oh well, hopefully the lawyer takes care of everything for you guys.

Oh and the narc cop said the house owner and I don't have anything to worry about as there was nothing in either of our rooms or the common areas.

He said the cop handling the other matter would get in touch with me if he needed any information.
