A roommate that chews loudly....heh....i dunno what school you go to, but i would have loved if my biggest problem with my roommate would have been loud chewing. I probably wouldn't have gotten removed from the dorms....not like that was a bad thing anyways.

 

My ex-roommate was a bitch and a whore. The four weeks we shared our old apartment together she had 20 different guys over. She also had creditors after her ass, including the bank for her car loan. They used to call non-stop. Twice the repo-man came looking for her and was eyeing my S2000 since she wasn't there. She had a S2000 too, I heard it was finally repoed. She never paid rent or any of the bills. Then one day when I was about to kick her ass out, she picked up all her crap and left. To this day the little slut still owes me $1000.

If I had a roommate doesn't doesn't chew with his mouth closed, that would have been a gift from heaven.

 

hehe your roomate sounds like my brother - seriously.

But I am a year older and can still lay the smack down (even tho he is 1 inch, 15lbs bigger than me )

Chill mate. I do realise some people are just more difficult than others but if he bothers you that much just sit down and talk to him about the arrangements. Besides, I am sure he will find you annoying when you bring your friends over at 5am!

 

Of course telling him to close his mouth when chewing is going to be a little more difficult.
DJSang, I am korean as well but I don't know what you mean about peace and quiet at meal time.
Every single Korean I eat with have his (not to be politically incorrect, but it is usually guys only) quirk whether it be slurping the soup, chew with the mouth open, the incessant toothpicking, digging the kimchi bowl for the tasty bit, etc.

Ah.. the joys of life.

sorry to hear about ure roommate probs, but take it from someone who literally had a fist fight with one of her suitemates in freshman year of college, ya don't have it that bad!! u guys just have some communication problems. U should talk to him hon, he may have some gripes also. It'll help. and maybe ure both not cut out to be roomies.

by the way...gave the girl a black eye and SHE got kicked out of the dorms because she hit me first...figured i answer before anyone asks
