Man, this is so aggravating...! 
On a PC at my client, IE takes forever for the context menu to appear!
In EVERY other application, Word, Excel, etc, the context menu pops right up...in the IE, sometimes it takes 3 seconds!!
ARGH!!
So does anyone know a registry setting that is making IE do this? In IE, it happens when I get the cut/copy/paste context menu, as well as the one with the 'back' command on it...man! It's Windows 2000, IE 5.5, 256 mb of RAM.
