But since you're dead set on trying to prove me wrong...

Put the post in context. These are Russians, they have white skin. They are on section-8, thus they are American. This would lead any logical being to deduct that they are both Russian Americans, and white Americans.

Get it?
Though that's fair to be said that the Russians are "white americans"; I'm sure what he stating the difference between Russian immigrants and multigenerational white americans.

Keep being a prick, we can go all day.

I locked in at 4.1% 15-year loan. After all said and done, mortgage, tax, and insurance come to 1/3 of the rent money. It'd be crazy to down just 20% and let the Sec8 people rent.
I'm still calling BS. The math simply does not add up. Where is this house located?

Maybe he put 90% down. Doubtful, but you have to know the answer.

6000 for property taxes? Even in California it would be under 4,000. Ouch.
Six thousand wouldn't be out of line in, say, New Jersey. Probably not out of line in a number of other states.

Property taxes are high in Texas, but no state income tax. I'm sure it ends up totaling a lot less than what you're paying in California.

In Houston you can buy an awesome house for half that price.

It just doesn't make any sense. People turn $30,000 houses into Section 8 rentals, not $300,000 houses.
