You know what a consultant is don't you Magician? It's a guy that asks to borrow your watch to tell you what time it is.
Of course, being a magician, you can probably get the watch off their wrist without them knowing it!

Congrats.

I have considered starting a company if the medium term with some of my MBA friends in finance/IT consulting; specifically in how to use the latter in the former.

Right now, I'm basically an internal consultant in my company. My job is to build a computer model for our nearly $1B annual operating plan. If I pull this off, I'll be golden for a while. I like doing it because it is low stress; everyone else faces constant deadlines and busy-work. My computer science coursework has been more an advantage as a financial analyst than my MBA has been honestly.
