let me put it this way....no matter what tattoo rosie odonnel gets she will still be unattractive and annoying. if you are hot you are hot. If you are hot with a tattoo...you will be hot...with a tatoo. to me if you see someone with certain clothes, car, tatoos, etc and think they are hotter because of this physical or material thing...you got issues.
