Incompetent people at HandA-Accessories
Has anyone else had a problem dealing with this company? I received an incomplete order three weeks ago and have left seven (7) messages plus an E-mail and haven't even received a phone call regarding my order. I am beyond frustrated and am at a loss of what to do next. Any ideas?

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, Marlin. All I can say is that this is far from the norm; Trevor is usually very on the ball and expedient, and I've had great experiences with them when I've dealt with them.
I just chatted with Mr. Trevor through the net and he said my problem will be remedied soonest. I certainly hope so! I do not like to talk badly of people if I can avoid it, I'm just very frustrated. If my order arrives soon, I will be happy to retract any harsh words I have written!!

I'm not implying anything, nor do I have any experience with this company since I've never bought from them, but doesn't a thread like this get posted about this company every couple of weeks? It's obvious many people have had good experiences but it seems there are a decent number of bad experiences as well.
