I have never had a problem with him. Realize that companies are run by humans, and we all make mistakes. I'm sure your situation will be resolved to your satisfaction.

 

The item that was missing was the front nose mask for my CR-V. The more inexpensive items were in the box, but the expensive item was missing. The charge to my card was the full amount. As I said, I think this problem should be resolved soon. I don't hold grudges.....too long.

I've always had great service from Trevor. Try dealing with him directly next time.

 

The packing slip said box 1 of 1 and had all the correct items on the packing list- just missing from the box.

 

I need to write a retraction. Trevor came through and my nose mask arrived. It fit fine and looks great. I apologize for any bad words I may have said about Trevor or his organization. I will continue to do business with them.
