I am definitely down with the lack of sleep, and I think it is as a result of an overactive mind.

I've been told not to smoke before bed, avoid drinking because it's not restful sleep, or try drugs and stuff. The only thing I can do that works well for me is to make myself SO tired that I'm in bed by 7pm. It took a while of training, but by waking up at 3 or 4 oclock and heading in to work made my work days SO freaking long that by the end of the day I was absolutely wiped. Eventually I adjusted things slightly at either end but it worked out well.

That said, for the past 5 months since I moved a few thousand miles from where I grew up I've averaged something like 4 hours of sleep per night so I'm trying the retraining thing here.

Problem is, I love night time. Driving at night, working at night, etc. It's the best. If only the rest of the world were on the same schedule...

I can not sleep without pills. It is a problem, I know. Tuesday I forgot to take pill, and I was up until 5:00 in the morning with work the next day. Tonight, it's past 1:00 and I haven't even tried laying down.
I'm here, buddy! I don't use pills every night, but I use them more often than the average joe. I've always been a difficult sleeper, even when much younger.

Somebody tried that before; he's no longer with us.
Is he the one they could not identify with dental records?

Or the cement shoes?

After running around with a "surgically shortened" post cock, he just left.
