Don't do it at the dealership.

New top from Hardtop guy $850

Local upholstery labor $450 ($300 if you can make deal with the installer to do it at his home behind his boss' back lol)

You can get the insurance co to pay the dealer directly for the repair. They won't not give you enough money for the claim - your deductable.
