I've had this insurnace question for a long time, but i just dont know who to ask. i occasionally drive my moms mercedes...she has full coverage insurance on it. but if i ever get in a accident or pulled over.....is it covered? i wont be listed as a driver but i would have permission from my mom. i know its a hard question...but if anyone knows that would be good thanx

 

Check her policy, check your policy, that's the only way to know for sure.

 

some insurances will insure hte car and some will insure the driver. If your insurance will cover you and any car you drive, then you dont have to worry. Please check first though just incase she's insured and your insurance covers your car. Dont want to be SOL do you?
