Interesting how so much hate comes out of those people on the website who haven't been there, know little to nothing of Korean history, nor it's current economic situation. They sound just like the brainwashed North Koreans who hate the U.S.... propaganda goes both ways I guess...

It seems as though you have something to say that you're not saying.

I'm just waiting for someone to type something like this:

"My opinion: There is nothing good about North Korea. Their skyline is not modern.... Its packed full of ugly, brutalist conrete buildings. There is no creative design or effort seen in the buildings. The only unique skyscraper they tried to build they never even completed. Their dictator is a commie stooge and does not contribute anything to the rest of the world besides a nuclear threat. I feel very bad for the people of N. Korea and the abuse they have to put up with.

Look at how good South Korea has done in comparison. They have beautiful skylines, vibrant streetlife and one of the biggest economies in the world, especially impressive for its small size. North Korea could be just as great but they are repressed by a bullshit government."

actually it's more like Stalinism. N. Korea is no laughing matter. while their threat to the rest of the world may be somewhat limited, it is a police state and the citizens live in a world of totalitarian work camps, brainwashing, and brutally harsh treatment. it's the most evil and oppressive country on the face of the planet, bar none.
