Open a command prompt (Type "cmd" into your search bar)

Type: "ping -t 4.2.2.1"

While that is pinging, surf the web till your internet "disconnects"

When it does, check the command prompt and see if any pings were lost.

If so, then it is your internet/computer.
If not, then your ISP's DNS may be screwed up.

Let us know the results.

You using a wired port on wireless router? What if you change ports? What if you bypass the router altogether and use the modem only?

Try and different browser and what Incubus said.

Also, (long shot) do a virus and spyware scan. There are virus's/spyware that will clog your internet by sending out massive packets of useless data.

If it is bad enough, web pages may not load however pings will still continue to flow.
