In 1987 I had to do the same thing for my 6th grade class. I made a padded car cover so you car was protected from hail storms. I used a car cover and glued eggcrate padding to the underside of it. At the time I thought this idea was just awesome.LOL

How about something that permanently gets rid of mutant back hair you get when you hit 30. And no, I don't mean using sulfuric acid.

we thought of idea's like a way to get the mail without leaving the house... like a clothes line that goes into the back of the mail box.... reel it in..... the only problem is the back of the mailbox would need cut open, then left open, unless i could figure out some way to open and close it remotely.?

The easiest idea i think was a "livestrong" band holder.... each of my son's has about 15 different armbands and they get lost (actually they don't but the teacher doesn't know that).... so all we really need to do is make a tree looking thing that each branch can hold a band or two.... hopefully it works and is not too lame.

How about netting to cover the pile of leaves you put in the street in the fall. Nothing more frustrating than raking for hours only to watch the wind blow the leaves back onto the front yard.

Go to outdoor store buy tent stakes. Go to marine store and get some type of sish netting. All done.

BTW, I've actually thought about this as a serious invention...only having the netting material made from some type of biodegradable material...that way when the town picks up the leaves, they can take the netting as well.
