if you got a 3gs only a year ago you dont qualify for the $300 upgrade

now your older one will qualify but not the 3gs
yes it does, its called a yearly upgrade option. at which they are giving you 6 months break. So as long as you haven't signed a new contract within the past 6 months you are good to go.

FTR when I first got my iPhone, I'd drop a call at least 5-6 times a day. now it's like twice a month.

have you ever heard of a early upgrade? its when you sign a 2 year contract and then at 1 year they give you a "early upgrade" (when you sign another 2 year contract) its a marketing tactic to keep you as a customer. ATT is giving you a extra 6 month off that "1 year early upgrader" So therefor as long as you havent signed a new contract within the last 6 months you can get the iphone for $200-300 plus a $18 upgrader fee. I'll PM you a picture of my iphone 4 on the 24th when I go and pick it up

what do you not understand? call att if you question me.
