^ you don't. not yet anyway. sounds retarded to me, unless I'm missing something. I expected there to be a display on the headphones but it doesn't look thay way (yet).

I like the mini. It is a really good entry level mac.

As for it being slow or underpowered...a G4 at 1.8 will handle things better than almost any PC you can buy. Especially when it comes to playing with photos or videos. Hell, my old G3 can do better at those tasks than most PCs.

I am slightly biased. I am on a 20" widescreen iMac G5

Seriously? My girffriend inherited the fastest Powerbook Ti (1.8 ish?) and it is SLOW as dirt compared to my two year old Dell laptop at 2.2 ghz. It's feels like it's about half the speed with anything other than booting up and restoring (wow, .5 sec on refresh -- seriously impressive) and sustained downloads over wireless where it's about equal in speed to my PC. In every other way it's painfully slow and I've optimized the heck out of that little thing. We both highly prefer PCs now and would never buy another Mac after getting this one.
