Boys to Men, "It's so hard to say good-bye"
followed by, "Bad to the bone" as I get cremated.

Whilst scattering my ashes on a road course raceway (by my wife), I'd like something hard, something that gets the adrenalin pumping to be played.

If the above isn't possible than I'd like for my ashes to be released into the wind on a cliff overlooking a blue ocean with a clear blue sky on the horizon with the song "I believe I can fly" by R. Kelly. <--the scenery is perfect to what my name means in my language....my name means, clear blue sky or clear blue ocean.

I liked the request my father-in-law made to my mother-in-law many years before he died. First, he asked to be cremated. Second, he requested that she put the ashes in her douche bag so she could run him through just one more time. Unfortunately, his wish was not fulfilled because she died before he did.

Just burn me, have a party and get on with life.

I hate the thought of cremation.
Surely you are better off being worm food, at least you don't add to global warming.

But when you're buried, you take up precious land...which will eventually be dug up, and your remains will be disturbed. If that's not disturbing enough for you, how about how it may affect your kids, wife, etc......especially if they have to fight legal battles for your remains not to be moved.

As far as the global warming issue goes, you can't be too concerned with that....I take it that you own an S2000 and you drive it....that adds to global warming as well.

My culture and religion has cremated its followers since the inception of the religion, which BTW is the oldest known formalized religion with the culture of the earliest civilized society. I'm not about to do anything different from that.

There are places in the U.K. which allow you to be buried in a cardboard coffin and a tree (don't know what type) is planted directly above your grave.
I suppose your remains help to feed the tree over time.
Eventually a forest is formed.

Sounds better than cremation to me.

I'm suprised none of the Nordic types have thought of being buried in their Stook yet Wagner would be very apt of course

Ahhh... the site of a Stook on a raft drifting across a Fjord on fire (lit by flaming arrows from the shore).....More apt for a German marque I feel
