Default japanese food recipes

My girl and I love japanese foods... steak, chicken and shrimp (lobster too). I was wondering if some of you could help me out with some excellent recipes for the above. Nothing TOO in depth tho. I already have a nice recipe for chicken but want more. Thanks!

I have some leftover Chicken Katsu in my lunchbox right now! Had it last night. (Also makes Tonkatsu with a substitute for pork)

One more question. Where is a good place to look for japanese food ingredients? The regular grocery store doesnt usually carry some of the items listed on the recipes do they?

Depends on where you live. Here in SoCal I can get ***most*** ingredients at the regular market but for more obscure ones there are plenty of Japanese/Asian markets around. Mitsuwa is the big chain in SoCal.
