I haven't watched MTV since the early 90's, and that just the reason why I don't watch it anymore, to many retarded show on there.

Aw man you're missing out on all the booty every day after school! What about the week long marathons of Real World where real strangers get put into a house to **** each others brains out on television?

I used to live between Philly and NJ. Most of my friends were Italian and they aren't like this crowd.

Don't get me wrong though...I knew a bunch of dudes that made this guys look like Guido-light....

All that aside, the show is freakin' hilarious....

I heard that Coca Cola, Domino's Pizza and Some other company (cant remember the name) Requested that their commercials do not play during the show time

How funny is that... They don't want any association with the guidos Never heard of something like that before

Even if it is funny I can't bring myself to watch anything that makes TV "stars" out of people acting like a-holes. The closest I can get is watch them being made fun of on The Soup.

I have only been to Jersey for a stay once. I was invited out by a girl going to Rider college that I met on spring break. All I can say is everyone I met that weekend acted like a guido or guidette. It was like being on another planet. A couple hundred Vinnie the Chin's to meet.

I lived in Northwest New Jersey for eighteen months in 1993 - 1994. The day I arrived I drove to Lake Hopatcong to stop by the company for which I would be working (technically; I really worked at/for Picatinny Arsenal). I pulled into a gas station and hopped out of the car to fill it up. The attendant came running over and essentially ordered me back into the car! It seems that in New Jersey - then, at least, though probably now as well - it's illegal for a motorist to pump his own gas: the gas station attendant has to do it.
