Jim Rome - Who Listens To Him???
Out here in Los Angeles, he's on from 9am - 12noon on 1150AM radio.
And then it replays from 1pm - 4pm on 690AM radio.
Plus, he's on 'The Last Word' on Fox Sports at night.
I've been listening for many years now (he's been on for 12 I think)...
I think he's great.
Rack me.

I wish they would have let Jim Everett pummel him good...

I agree, at times Jim Rome and his "in your face/tell it like it is" style is quite effective and enjoyable. . . However, as illustrated in his infamous Jim Everett segment, the guy sometimes goes too far.
That being said, I think he's definitely become more restrained (and subsequently more professional) over the past few years. . .

When you get right down to it, you can't call a football player by a girl's names in front of his face and expect to get away with it
