Default Judgment Recovery - anyone know much about it?

I am trying to find anything to get me out of this ****** job......

I found what seems like a neat idea but i am not sure if it works or not.

I have several judgments against old tenants (tasty is not one for some reason.... i think due to her kicking my ass at working the system).... anyway.. some of them actually have jobs and personal property....

if you do it right you can attach wages and even go for a sheriff sale of their personal belongings.... i never knew this stuff so I have never really gone after my own tenants... i normally just get the judgment and that is it... i never collect.

so apparently if i figure this out i could find other people who have uncollected judgments and offer to hunt down the deadbeats for 50%...... similar to those utility and sales tax auditors who do it for 50%...

anyone heard of this? anyone know of anyone doing it?

http://www.recoverycourse.com/training.html

not sure if it is worth pursueing....... I have at least $5-$8k owed to me from tenants that I know have jobs.... and another $$$$ owed to me from people on SSi, etc....

thanks in advance.....

Hey, money owed to you is money owed to you. I'd definitely look into it further.

I'm sure someone will try to jump up and say "Leave them alone! They're in worse shape than you!" etc etc. I would ignore comments like that, I doubt most would look the other way and ignore the fact that money is owed to them, if they found themselves in your shoes.

Hop to it and collect your money

Third. I keep thinking of that Michael Jackson impersonator guy who freaked out and kicked the repo man in the nuts when he tried to reclaim his defaulted car.
