In SC, it's not priority mail. Just a letter in you mail box. The way they do it here, is that you are on "call" for one week and there is a voicemail system that you call to see if you are needed each day. Thats good because you only go to the courthouse when they need you, and you can work any other time. To tell you the truth, it's kind of interesting. I wouldn't dare throw away the letter, they know where you live and work and WILL DEFINETELY come and get you, it will be a friendly visit but you will be riding in a cop car to the courthouse. Advise for anyone that has jury duty: Just be there when your supposed to and get it over with!
