That place is freakin great. Went for work, but did the last bit of Oktoberfest, and amongst other things went to the Mercedes Museum. It is incredible!

If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

The food was great, the people are really nice and helpful and almost all of them speak english, so you're never lost.

Not to mention, you don't need to spend more then 10 minutes picking up a chick for the night..for free I mean.

So many things I wanted to do, so I'm going to "find" more reasons to do work over there

 

Hey, I'm going to Munich soon - any tips?

 

I was only able to spend a couple days in Munich, but the beer flows like water down there. There lots of little pubs off the main streets, you can't go wrong with any of them.. we hit about 12 of them, all great and different.

The architecture there is beautiful as well, you can go into the Government buildings, some of which look like palaces.

I honestly liked Stuttgart better

Oh, if you run into Norwiegions chat them up, they can party like no one I have ever seen. YMMV

Germany is effing awesome. I have family just outside of Frankfurt and go every other year or so. Hoping to find a job there when I graduate.
