To the guy that bought the MINT 1 owner, 29000miles '02 GPW in Va, from New York.... right from under me today

yeah yeah, i was finally going to be joining the community with the exact car ive been looking for god knows how long... had plans to do the paperwork tonight (cause of work), The salesman wouldnt take a non-refundable down payment yesterday, nor this morning, and got a phone call at 3pm saying he sold the car.... AHHH

Now back on the forever long lookout for the "perfect" car

Idk, I'm a tech for a Lexus dealer here, and the salesmen bend over backwards for customers.
This guy wouldn't do a damn thing for me. I asked for pics of specific parts of the car, wouldn't do it, and as I stated before, would NOT take a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. It's a win-win situation, I don't understand it. I didn't fight his price, his fees or even his financing. The car is at a Honda dealer in Va, so I expected better, but I guess my standards are much higher being that I work for Lexus, than that Honda dealer could only dream of coming close to.

The only thing that figures is that he didn't need you to sell the car and so he didn't want to put in the effort.

^ I agree with the above too, and I'll add that maybe he didn't want to waste your time.

Idk but personally I would be glad somebody else got the car. I wouldn't feel good buying from a royal prick like that. If the salesman acts like that to a potential customer, just think what kinds of problems or w/e they are hiding from you just to get a sale. Plus you'd have to deal with them again if anything came up.

You'll find another one
