Default Just received my ticket in the mail.

For not stopping completely at a 4 way intersection before making a right turn. Now, before you go flaming me, it was late at night, no traffic, no pedestrians, blah blah.

Anyhow, the ticket came out to be $400!!

WTF??

Is there any way to lower the fine, maybe by appearing in court? Is there a way I should go about this?

I need help from you guys to see the possiblities here.

Thanks in advance,

Bryan

Fight it to the grave. That I think is the only way. Come up with some story though.

Are the fines on these kind of tickets able to be lowered?

The cop said "It's basically like running a red light".

I just got convicted today for 105mph. I went to court for it this morning but lost. Total for the ticket was $560 and 30 days without a license. No more for me for a little while.

when you go to court..they usually reduce your fine by at least 40% or so... btu i would always try ticketassassin.com first...b/c if you lose using ticketassassin.com...you can always still go to court... good luck...
