Nope... can't call him a pansy anymore, he went for 60k yesterday. (I had a feeling he would go for that exact amount, knowing how he likes round numbers) Unfortunately, he got the answer wrong.

How could that other guy have won so much? (5 time champ + tournament of champs wouldn't be a million, would it?)

Ya, I was wondering how the other guy got to a million.. 5-time champ + Tournament of Champions wouldn't get him to a million (I don't think)..

Anyway, tonight was semi-close.. Ken stumbled out of the gates a bit, and got a daily double answer wrong which made it closer.. There was one point where it was only 3 or 4 K apart, but he separated himself just enough toward the end..

What kind of gets me was that video question where it showed a symbol that coincided with one of the state flags (or something like that), I don't know how he could get a state flag type question wrong (It was a school or team, but situated in a state with the same symbol) and all those other harder/vaguer questions right.. I know nobody can't know every question, but you'd think state flags would be like chilld's play for him.

He's beginning to be much more famous. He's now on the news and talk shows and stuff.

News: in tonight's episode, he LOST (to me)!

Very true, but hopefully it's not a case of once bitten twice shy (that is, hopefully he'll try to shatter that record every day from now on!)

yea, it's pre-taped I believe, and I also think his reign will end soon, but I still give him a few more rounds.. The only way he can be beat is if the categories aren't suited for him, I don't think that there will be anyone who's actually smarter (or faster with the clicker).

from what i read on CNN, they tape all 5 or 6 of the week's episodes in a single day. So maybe when he isn't in the studio, he is in the Hamptons haha. I don't know if I want to see him lose or not. Close call last night though! I just wanted to see him hit the million I guess. We'll see what happens...

In the Hamptons eh? I guess he can afford it now

They definitely pre-tape, but it will end eventually. Yesterday was his worst day yet... he still won, but he was nearly reachable in final jeopardy this time. He's got 130k to go to become the all time $$ winner... will he make it????

stay tuned tonight... same Ken time, same Ken channel...

The way to beat Ken is to get him out of his rythym, and land the daily doubles.. Just go irraticly across the board and confuse him.. go for 2000 questions first, try to take an early lead or comeback (in double jeopardy)

The only way to beat Ken is to trade him for 3 good players and center your team around 1 guy..oh this isn't the Lakers forum??!!
