$47K in insurance fraud merits charges. If this kid is this screwed up at 17, imagine what kind of scams he would try to pull for his own benefit when he is an adult. Scams where the costs of which are passed on to everone else......
When this guy applies for a job and it says "have you ever been convicted of a felony" he should have to check the box marked "yes".
