Can you say Tyson punch times 20.
My theory is the rear seat pass that bit it was trying to smack the kid on the bike, The driver was heading left to line up the biker, got a phone call, glance away for a split second then looked up and realized he was heading towards the parked car on the left side of the road, the driver swerves to the right. The mullet boys momentum going left causes him to shoot out of the car and lights out.

I used to cycle a lot, and put up with a lot of crap from others, and frankly I could care less how bad this guy got hurt.
