Download Mailwasher program from mailwasher.com, the latest version will scan webmail. The program enables you to filter, delete, and block mail b4 receiving it. Now eliminated all the spam I was receiving using this.

 

Thanks guys for all the help... my problem went from bad to worse ahahhhhhh...

So last night a window pops up saying that there is no enough virtual memory to operate Netscape so now everytime I start up netscape, it automatically freezes and shuts off. Then suddenly the computer went into a Physical Memory Dump mode. Last time this happened my hard drive crashed. So I quickly unplugged everything. Is there a way for me to go back into Netscape Messenger to save my address book or some of the stored mail there?

Mike, will Mailwasher clear viruses on non web mail accounts?

 

use the webmail. don't open up netscape. its that simple. see if there is something on the webmail that you can remove. because when you open up netscape its checking the mail on the server.

unplugging your computer doesn't help anything. if it crashed, it crashed. start it back up and go from there, there are ways to get the system back up if you do crash the system.
