Wusthof Classic knives. Got the set about 3 years ago and love them. Well built plus easy to maintain.
As for non-stick cookware, I use the All-Clad pans and have been happy with them.

Just got done doing the dishes. All-Clad is what we have for cookware.

Dated and you didn't ask but we have Longaberger for our dishes plates and bowls.
