No, beckham used to earn his money. Granted, now he is overrated but he does draw the fans and he knows that - which equals he gets more money. That shot by the brazillians is probably the most famous I've seen. Crazzzyy bend, and some of those megs were insane haha
The reason beckham used to earn his money because he really is the first one to have invented the true "bend", and make it go around walls and players. Now, most skilled athletes can do it. Just like Pele was the first with the bicycle, just another technique someone invented. ZZ is famous for the headbut.. My favorite player of all-time though would have to be Theirry Henry though.. cool guy and great player.
