yeah pretty dumb. i woulda said something, or at least yelled at the guy and if no response then just take the pizza back.
but that's not even the worst part...where i used to deliver there was often only 1 main driver with maybe 1 backup during the busy period. get lost/go to the wrong address once and you would lengthen overall delivery times for the entire night!
