Kyle Busch busted doing 128 in a 45 drivng an LFA
Well I'm not "cut off my neighbor's head and eat his liver" insane, but I am "128mph on an empty road" insane...which IMO might be reckless but not insane. It's not like I'd be shooting a gun and throwing beer cans as I speed down the empty road.
BTW I haven't seen the actual road he was ticketed on. I'm just going by the description above of a deserted backroad.

Deers run out into the road during the daytime too. Whoever negative repped me, go f@#k yourself. I have a right to my opinion without your anonymous negative criticism. What a stupid feature.
I think he should have been arrested but then I read...
As long as that's standard procedure not to arrest speeders in that area/state, and not preferrential treatment. You would think of anyone he would know the dangers of high speed crashes very well, but let's be frank... if you just bought a LFA would you not romp on it somewhere? And looking at that road, it looks pretty backroadsy to me, I don't see any indication of a house in sight. If you're going to do it, better off the freeway and away from people. Still stupid, but could have been a lot worse. And let's be frank, do you really expect someone who's trained to essentially cruise at 180mph+ for extended periods of time follows the speed limit to a T. I seriously doubt it.
People make stupid mistakes, life goes on, tomorrow's still Saturday.
The Jacksonville office of the Florida Highway Patrol and the Georgia State Patrol in Atlanta said it’s also their policy not to arrest speeders – even when they’re 83 mph over the limit.
“Here, anything over 30 mph gets a mandatory court date,” a FHP spokesman said. “The jails are so full they don’t want us arresting them.”

Honestly, 128 in an LFA should take all of 10 seconds. The fact that the cop caught him means it wasn't 128mph for a long stretch. A cop radar gunning at 0mph will NEVER be able to catch up with an LFA doing 128. For a crown vic to hit 128 it'll need a few minutes - cop package crown vics top out at around 145..
There's a keyword in there, I know this is advanced stuff but I'll try and explain the use of the word "also", as in including too... meaning Georgia and Florida ALSO have the same policy as North Carolina. Tricky stuff I know.
