Lactose intolerance?
IT's more common among asian's and other easterners. Your body stops making lactase, the enzyme for breaking down lactose. You can supplement lactase tablets or lactose free milk.
Humans by nature are Lactose INtolerant.... We are breeding our selves to drink milk. It used to (long time ago 1600's?) be strange for a human to be able to drink milk, now its strange for one to not be able. But to tell you the truth its not that uncommon. Thats why babies drink breat milk and formula, not the milk you get from the store. You give that to a baby and you'll be wiping the green-apple-splatters off thier bum's for days.
Babies grow the immunity to milk through thier mothers breast milk, through drinking formula's (most have the same chemical make up as the milk you and I drink).
As for becoming lactose intolerant latter in life, it happens all the time.
If you dont believe what I have said about humans naturally being lactose Intolerant do the "Gallon of Milk in an Hour trick" and then tell me your body was designed to drink milk from a cow, goat, whatever.

your lactase enzyme is either not being produced any more or it has been completely stopped. This is depending on your ethnic origin. Asians are more susceptible to this problem than whites and other ethnicities since they don't consume very much dairy(as a part of their diet). Yes, even if you are born here in the U.S. You can only blame your parents for not giving you the gene
Being raised in Wisconsin and being lactose intolerant is like being allergic to chocolate and living in Hershey, Penn.
It really hit me in my teen years. At 30 I have it pretty bad: straight milk makes me vomit, ice cream kills my stomach and yogurt sends me to the toilet.
Lactaid milk is a god-send. Soy ice cream takes a while to get used to but now I love it (Peanut Butter Cup is my fav).
Ah and then there is cheese. No act of god could keep me from my beloved cheese. Lord cheese. Watch a packer game...we love it so much we wear it on our head.
