I wouldn't pay too much attention to this little spat between the two. Phil is just trying to motivate Shaq. There always has to be some sort of scandal going on with the Lakers, or else it wouldn't be challenging.

Phil has been critizing Shaq's free throw percentage lately. Then Shaq had some not so pleasant quotes for Phil. Also like mentioned earlier, Shaq was fined for missing practice? because his g/f was giving birth.
