Wow, just over 3 times the speed limit. That does seem very wreckless, but its funny how that news channel talks about them doing it when people drive this road everyday. To me, it looks like there was just about no one on the road.

I saw it when it was on youtube, and through out the whole vid, there is no sign of any 'inoscent bystanders'.

 

Impressive speed! Irresponsible though. The road appeared to have 0 other people on it though. I wonder if they blocked traffic for a period or something.
