That Lambo has got to be modified to have achieve 219mph speed.

I may have seen that guy and car a couple months ago. The lambo/ferrari etc club in Scottsdale had stopped in a gas station by my sister's house during a run and I talked to a couple of the guys.

So after doing some research it looks like the video was doctored because an LP460 can NOT got 219mph. There are not a lot of cars that can reach that speed.
