Dustin,

it really isn't a slam dunk based on what one plumber says either. You would need him to run a camera into the drain and prove it is crushed, then it would be a slam dunk. that would cost you $$$ to get the plumber to do that, etc......

Goodluck finding a new place.

I know.. the landlords are getting that done next week.

Its going to be like $2 - 3k for them to get it done. Thats why they put it off last time. fkers.

ME spending that kinda money just to get my $500 that I want is just plain dumb.. Yeah I dont think Ill be doing that anytime soon.

Dustin, the time and money may be small to sue. Try your School and see if they have a student service. My friend did that in College and sued her landlord and won.

Ill check that out raj..

Im pretty sure they dont have anything like that.. but who knows.

Scots right though.. Id need hard proof that the drain is crushed..

Maybe I can wait till the landlords pay for it to get done and its confirmed its crushed.. That way Ill have some paperwork somewhere at the plumbers place that proves it was crushed.
