I guess my problem is. Even with the knowledge that I am not doing anything wrong, that it still will cost time and money to defend myself.
That message is priceless - they are sooooo stupid! You don't leave that crap on someone's voicemail
You paid for a Pinto, don't expect a Ferrari.
ingI can see that on the news right now - "Tri County Fence is the best place to buy Pintos in Knoxville - just don't expect any service on it. You can expect the owner to leave you a nasty message saying he's going to sue you for slander if you try to get them to back their work up......"
I haven't read the responses, but here's my 2 cents.
If it's true, it isn't slander or libel. They may sue and lose, however, it's troublesome for you too. Which is more beneficial to you, having to show to court or taking the pictures off?

That message was classic. The pinto/ferrari analogy was great, but I especially liked the "Take those pictures off of the internet." Because like Al Gore, you control the whole thing.
/hat off for doing something this funny. Keep it up, maybe get a paypal account for your legal defense fund, I'd happily throw you a few bucks just to keep passively screwing these morons.
