hey bro...I think you can get a good rate at RL carriers. I have gotten rims from them before and had a good experience.

Ah sweet just checked them out. Checked for a quote but only M-F I guess so will have to wait. They have like a shipping cube so hopefully won't be too much for it but we'll see. Prolly gonna be a bunch I would bet.

Check Conway Southeastern. You might need to pick it up at their hub up there if they cant access your place with an 18 wheeler.

A hartop box (BIG) from Ohio to S.Florida was $100.

I would definitely try UPS Freight. Calculate the palate size that you'd need, and estimate the weight. Maybe two palates.

Gonna cost me a lot of money that way and I don't have any furniture or anything really so a little bit excessive.
A uhaul will be 500 for rental plus like 300 for trailer plus gas and will be very expensive that way.
If I had a lot of furniture I would without a doubt do that but not really needed at this time.

Why not install a hitch on the S and rent a Uhaul box trailer and bring your own stuff? Then keep the hitch for future use or resell it.

I didn't think uhaul and those places would let you rent that for this car. I think I checked it out before.
S can be fine pulling it I am sure. Can't weigh that much.

I believe he is in your neck of the woods or close ... might be an option.
