Wow those look like they are from a different planet. I like to eat new things though. Where can you get those at? Never seen them at local grocery stores.
Denver was assigned a large population of asian refugees after the vietnam war, looking for the same after Iraq soon.

While I love fish, that is the reason why I don't eat shellfish. Shrimp, lobster and the like are like eating giant cockroaches.
mmmmmmm i LOVE shellfish. i don't really like seeing my food before it's prepared though. i can eat anything pretty much but seeing them raw first might freak me out. when i was little we had pet quails and chickens and my mom would butcher them in our kitchen and i had a hard time eating them after that LOL. my mom grew up in rural phillipines so she's down with butchering livestock in the comfort of her own home. or this one time i came home and my boyfriend shot a duck and it was sitting in the sink... i felt weird eating that too.
I would try one but it would have to be purged of at least its upper body before I could dig around in its thorax.
Plus they didn't brighten up like lobster and shrimp do when you cooked them maybe if you try it in a nice shimp boil they would look more appetizing.
I am sure the meat is sweet and succulent like most other crusteaceans
in the squid, I love those guys
Show us some baloot next you brave eater you

My mother was the same way, she would buy Ducks and CHickens from the flea market, Bring them home, hold them down and Slit their throats alive. I watch them scream and shake... it was kinda cool but freaky at the same time. taste good though I love duck, wish they sell them at the grocery stores (dead of course).
