Look what i found in my friends back yard
i went tofriends house, he said he wanted to show me somthing. i went over and found this.

too bad he called animal control. we were going to put it in my homies backyard. i just ended up cutting it free and sticking it in a box.

i think it was about 4 ft long. [/QUOTE]
you might of seen this in another forum, but hey i thought it would be interesting. you dont see many of these everyday. and if u saw it face to face im sure u would get the chills. i had them, but i settled down.

I only know the toxic ones...
I thought at first glance that it was just a type of grass snake, but the head shot clearly shows venom glands at the back of the head.
very toxic? not sure, because the net may distort the head a little. the markings don't look like a copperhead, though. it isn't a rattler, or moccasin, or coral. My guess is it is a nonvenoumous "grass" or "mouse" snake. Looks VERY much like a Massauga rattler (but i see not rattle).

If I saw one in my backyard, I would run around screaming like the kid in Home Alone, and would leave the house forever.
