I just use the Mechanix gloves...$20 and dual purpose.

^I wanted to buy a pair of OMPs b/c a place close to my work sold them but the closest sizes bunched up on my hands. I actually might go with a pair of Alpinestars.

The only reason I bought driving gloves, was due that I usually have sweaty hands. I've been using the Pratt and Hart Traditional Leather Driving Gloves, from Amazon, quite a while and they have been great! Some people liked them because they look similar to the ones used in the movie "Drive" (2011).
