I am wondering if Photoshop (or any other editor out there) can help with some pics I have. I am a scuba diver and have a ton of pics that look horrible because of the lack of sunlight when underwater. They are very blue and just dont show any of the luster that I saw. Im trying to figure out if I can help them with Photoshop. If anyone wants to try please PM me or tell me how to place the photo on this site....I cant seem to figure out how to do it................PLEASE HELP
