I originally got this website from a link on a post about Scarlet. The website had lots of pictures and videos of stupid accidents... people falling off motorcycles trying to go over jumps, etc...

No, it was relatively tasteful - more along the lines of what idiots do with their expensive toys, not blood and gore.

It wasn't someone's geocities site or anything like that, they also had other videos of random other things that people sent in. The address was fairly short, something like www.the____.com... I just can't remember it at all...
