I had the stomach flu yesterday and lost about 10 pounds. Does anyone know if this weight will be easy to gain back? I'm 6'0" and 130 now- I really didn't have 10 pounds to spare

On the bright side, I'll have a better power to weight ratio

Wow, sorry to hear about it. I had that once, and it was awful. It took me at least six months before I could eat normally again.

Do you mean you just couldnt eat as much, or you couldn't eat the same foods?
Well.. the thing that I ate when I first got sick... I couldn't eat that again for several years. That was just psychological though. I was sick for a couple weeks, and I couldn't keep anything down or digest much of anything. I also lost weight while I was sick. However, after I "recovered," it took a long time for my stomache to come back to normal. I couldn't eat AS MUCH as I used to. That's what took six months to correct.

almost all of the weight you lost would have most likely been from water. Don't sweat it, keep yourself hydrated when you are sick. You'll be fine....

whoa, 10 lbs in one day? That's a lot... my friend once had to lose like 7 pounds in a couple days because he wanted to play in a certain weight division for football, so he siran wrapped his body, and ran for hours... he felt sick to his stomach, but it worked (don't reccommend it though, very dangerous)..
