This is what I get when user1 tries to print a quark document to Xerox N2825 Printer:

I have user2, who print the exact same quark document without any problem. They are both on Mac OS 9.1. Only different is one is on user2 is on G4 and user1 is on G3. User1 can print normal excel document okay without any post scrip error.

I tried choosing three different driver for the printer: AdobePS, PSDriver..i think, and laserwriter. I have the same Xerox N2825 driver on both G3/G4.

Any idea on why user1 can't print?
