Actually, he was hit three times. Once in the face, I believe.

 

No way, damn. He looked fine when he got up and raised his hands all confused and stuff

 

Yeah, I noticed too. If you look closely, you can see blood on his face, around his nose. Also, on the CNN link and the CourTV link, it shows better picture, and possibly video at a better angle, but I can't get the video to work. Anyway, just goes to show that without a stake through the heart, you ain't gonna kill those mofo's ;D

The video was played on CNN one night over and over again, and if you look closely, you'll notice that he was shot a couple times. It looked like he was hit in the arm and shoulder. I couldn't tell how he got the blood on the right side of his face, but I don't think he was seriously hurt.

 

So much for the stopping power of .38 ball ammo. That my friends is precisely the reason that my everyday carry gun is a .45 ACP with +p Cor-Bons and a 9mm backup also with +p Ammo.

 

It's amazing that no one did anything about it until the off duty sheriff finally runs in.
